Print, fuse, smooth:
Fasten main board to hull reusing original screws:
Thread motor wires through arms and hulls, fuse together, and solder to main board:
Fasten battery chassis above main board reusing 2 of the original screws. Snap together:
Install motors, solder wires, and test while noting propeller orientations:
Hover flight test before closing:
Fasten together with 4 remaining screws from original quadcopter:
Fuse wings on and paint:
