We require that files we print for you do not include a Non-Commercial license.
There are so many free-use designs as is and anything else we can recreate ourselves using freely available software. 3D printing opens up human progress to everyone, we should share this as much as possible.
We want to keep 3D printing for free and this solution offers minimal annoyances and maximum freedom. We apologize for the hassle. Please let us know if you have suggestions.
How to know if your design is ok
Thingiverse.com displays the license on the bottom right side of the Thing's page.
If you see a dollar sign crossed out, we won't accept the file.
